Objective:  Implemented merchandising strategies to support sales target. To ensure assortments variety is competence to retailers. To standardize product/visual display across all the Stores. Job Responsibilities: Develop customer-centric strategy, yearly sales season and detailed assortment plans.Seek innovative product sources throughout the world to provide newness and trending in NSK offerDevelop and liaise closely with the marketing department on attractive and interesting promotion events that follow a pre-agreed selling plan maximizing gross margin dollars and coop. Ensure accuracy of promotional information including pricing and signage.Analyzing performance against plans for both merchandise and merchandisers. Develop processes and practices around pricing promotions and markdowns to meet sales and margin targets. Establishes pricing strategies by store and segmentation. Work closely with operation on space planning, visual merchandising and to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.Liaising with existing suppliers and negotiating contracts. Manage stock levels and markdowns to ensure that product availability is high yet ensure that cash flow is maximized by controlling stock levels in both warehouse and stores within set targets.Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; expenditures; analyzing variances' initiating corrective action. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Highly organized with an ability to predict and maximize trends. Strong communication & negotiation skills for international and domestic relations. Experience training, managing, and developing staff. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of Management, build partnerships and direct teams. Well-versed in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel)
