Responsibilities:
Build up good rapport with merchants to bring in more referrals.
Handle and resolve merchant service issues in a timely manner.
Identify and develop new market segments.
Sign new merchants profitably to meet the company's new sales targets.
Act as a liaison between merchants and the Branch.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Bachelor of Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in sales or service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under minimum supervision.
Display a good attitude with excellent customer service skills.
