Merchant Service Executive (Johor Bahru)

Main Purpose of Job



-To ensure Easy Payment Product Sales and operations are functioning well


-Maintain a good level merchant servicing


-New merchant development

 

Principle Responsibilities and duties



-To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all AEON's information assets are protected 


-To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior


-To monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new account 


-Merchant servicing, handle and follow up merchant's complaints and feedbacks 


-Active engagement with the merchant -Conduct training to new merchant


-To create and build up good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyalty business partner


-Monitoring sales claim and ensure no sales claim expired 


-To gather market information such as competitor activities.

; Requirements:-   
Minimum job requirement (education and experience)



-Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline 


-STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences


-Posses own transport and willing to travel

  
Job competency requirements



-Good relationship building skills and able to develop a strong relationship with the merchants


-Highly adaptable to constant business change.


-Have own transportation


-Strong written and oral communication skills


-Efficient in providing market information.
