Job DescriptionIdentify and develop new accounts.
Create and build strong relationships between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty.
Handle merchant/customer complaints and provide feedback to management for operational improvement.
Gather market information, including competitor activities and customer behavior.
Conduct training for merchants.
Follow up on merchant complaints and feedback.
Ensure sufficient forms and POP at merchant locations while maximizing market exposure.
Negotiate with merchants to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
