We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Merchant Service Representative (Operations) to join our team, focusing on backend operational support. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operational processes run smoothly, enabling our merchants to experience seamless service.
As a Merchant Service Representative in Operations, your primary responsibilities will include processing KYB and KYC documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitating payment method activations, and handling the technical requirements of these processes. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve backend issues, minimizing any disruptions to our merchants and improving overall service delivery.
This role requires a detail-oriented and flexible individual who can manage various operational tasks with accuracy. If you are passionate about operational excellence and enjoy working behind the scenes to drive efficiency, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:Process KYB and KYC documentation to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Facilitate the activation of payment methods, handling all necessary documentation and technical requirements.
Support internal teams in resolving backend operational issues, minimizing disruptions for our merchants.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to address any backend issues that affect merchant service delivery.
Update and maintain accurate records of all merchant-related data using our ticketing and CRM systems.
Assist with additional operational tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to process improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Chinese or an additional language is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
