We are seeking an experienced Murex System Analyst with 6-9 years of experience specializing in Front Office (FO) functionalities within Murex.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex FO, SQL Server 2012, and Windows 2012, with a focus on Treasury, trade simulation, and trade P&L.
This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing Murex systems to support front office operations, ensuring effective trade management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand Murex Front Office (FO) functionalities to provide solutions that meet business requirements for trading and risk management.
Develop and configure trade simulation tools within Murex to support front office trading strategies and scenarios.
Implement and manage trade P&L calculations and reporting functionalities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Design and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting, utilizing SQL Server 2012 for effective data management and analysis.
Configure and customize Murex FO modules to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between Murex FO systems and other internal and external systems, facilitating smooth data flow and interoperability.
Conduct testing and validation of Murex FO functionalities to ensure system reliability and performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with front office users, risk managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support, and deliver solutions that enhance trading operations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Atleast 6 years of experience with Murex Front Office functionalities, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 for database management and query development.
Experience working with Windows 2012 environments.
Familiarity with Treasury front office operations, including trade simulation and P&L management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
