-At least 10 years of tobacco industry sales experience.-Degree in Marketing or Business Management related field.-Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team towards achieving set objectives.-Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. A track record of creating successful sales strategies and delivering on sales targets.-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in presenting and negotiating at all levels.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable ability to analyze complex sales data and make data-driven decisions.-High adaptability and learning capacity, able to adapt to a constantly changing market environment.-Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.-Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Education:-Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:-Tobacco Industry: 8 years (Required)-Managerial: 10 years (Required)Language:-English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:-100% (Required)
