Main Responsibilities Develop sales strategies: Design and implement national sales plans based on company goals and market trends.
Team Management: Lead and train sales teams to ensure team members achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics, competitors and customer needs to provide data support for decision-making.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies in a timely manner to optimize results.
Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, control costs, and ensure effective use of resources.
Job Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above, marketing, management or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience, with nationwide sales experience preferred.
Leadership: Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, able to extract insights from market data.
Strategic Thinking: Able to think about problems from a global perspective and develop long-term sales strategies.
Personal Qualities Results-oriented, with strong execution capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and persuade effectively.
