Description
Manage billing processes across multiple markets to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and enforce streamlined billing policies and procedures.
Plan and implement quality assurance measures.
Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders to improve process efficiencies.
Act as the primary contact for audits related to billing processes.
Monitor KPIs, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate internal controls.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commercial Administration.
5+ years of experience inbillingoperations, includingteam management/ coaching/mentoring juniors.
Knowledge of APAC billing requirements and CBC (credit, billing, and collections) processes.
Proficiency in SAPfinancial processes is a MUST.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
