Develop and enforce streamlined billing policies and procedures.
Plan and implement quality assurance measures.
Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders to improve process efficiencies.
Act as the primary contact for audits related to billing processes.
Monitor KPIs, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate internal controls.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance or Commercial Administration.
5+ years of experience in billing operations, including team management/ coaching/mentoring juniors.
Knowledge of APAC billing requirements and CBC (credit, billing, and collections) processes.
Proficiency in SAP financial processes is a MUST.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
