**Job Description:**

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role requires an individual with a robust professional background and a passion for supporting organizational growth in a collaborative virtual environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate resilience and energy in managing office responsibilities while contributing to the company's success.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations in a remote setting, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage scheduling, calendar arrangements, and facilitate communication between departments.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for important documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

2. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications and support cross-functional teams in project management.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback.

4. **Human Resources Support:**
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Help onboard new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

5. **Customer Service:**
- Interact with clients and vendors professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with client needs and company objectives.

6. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on new tools and software to ensure everyone is up-to-date.

7. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Compile and analyze various reports related to team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of all processes and procedures for future reference.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of relevant office management experience, preferably in a remote working environment.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

- **Personality Traits:**
