**Job Description:**

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, a leading media and entertainment company in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and diligent Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in our operations and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized files and records.
- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Analyze data and present findings to support decision-making processes.
- **Customer Support:** Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This may involve liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Project Assistance:** Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing logistical support and coordinating efforts to achieve project goals efficiently.
- **Documentation Management:** Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and contribute ideas for improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a related role, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- **Skills:**
- **Hardworking and Independent:** Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Research and Critical Thinking:** Strong research skills with an ability to analyze information critically, think strategically, and provide insightful recommendations.
- **Communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with stakeholders.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of adapting to new software and tools as required.
- **Personality Traits:** Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
