Job Content Ensure a correct and efficient supply of parts to :--           Branch Workshop – material issue and material return
-           Cash Customer - cash sales invoice
-           Inter branch parts transfer
Ensure a correct and efficient reply and feedback on parts queries and inquiries from branches and customersResponsible for effective physical parts and supply:--           Receiving - to check condition and packaging from transporter (stamp and sign).
-           Checking - to update new and old location in store and system.
-           Binning - to update new and old location in store and computer.
Ensure a proper organization of effective administrative and clerical duties.Update and circulate market feedback through Service / Parts News via memos.Ensure effective cleanliness, tidiness and arrangement of office and office equipment.Responsible to ensure accurate physical parts receiving, checking and binning. Provide an effective short term and medium term parts store planning and implementation at Branch in terms of maximum space utilization rearrangement of fast and slow moving parts. Others Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
Education / Professional Qualification Diploma in Business Management or related field Professional Experience Automotive Parts retail and operation
