**Job Description:**

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills and be committed to effectively supporting our online accounts through excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Account Management:**
- Serve as the primary contact for online account clients, addressing their questions and concerns via email, chat, and phone communication.
- Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring that account information is accurate and up-to-date in our database.

2. **Customer Support:**
- Provide comprehensive support for account-related queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot account issues and implement effective resolutions.

3. **Technical Assistance:**
- Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and offer technical support for account-related issues.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference and continuous improvement.

4. **Relationship Building:**
- Foster positive relationships with clients by exhibiting a strong understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify potential areas for enhancement.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to align customer strategies effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to team goals and overall performance improvement.

6. **Reporting and Feedback:**
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer interactions and account health metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving service delivery and customer experience.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- Educational Background: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role, preferably in an online or digital environment.
- Skillset:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of online account management processes.
