**Job Description:**

Sunway Group, a leading integrated real estate and property solutions provider, is seeking a resourceful and driven Online Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time role requires a motivated individual with a knack for enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from customers through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Diagnose customer issues effectively and offer appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to enhance service delivery and decision-making processes.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers and to meet overall business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and suggestions for improving team performance and customer engagement.

- **Sales Support:**
- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Promote additional products and services based on customer needs, contributing to overall sales objectives.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry best practices, product knowledge, and customer service trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and communication.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in an online capacity.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software, online communication tools, and general office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
