### Key Responsibilities

As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. **Customer Support**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and relevant information regarding our financial products and services.

2. **Problem Solving**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary.

3. **Research & Documentation**:
- Conduct preliminary research to gather information necessary for addressing customer queries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain a record of conversations for reference and follow-up.

4. **Communication & Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information between departments.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to aid in service improvement.

5. **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet established call center performance indicators, including response time, call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.

6. **Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated on financial market trends and product offerings to provide informed responses.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

### Requirements

**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

**Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software platforms.

**Personality Traits**:
- Independent and resourceful, with the ability to self-manage and navigate challenges effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt continuously.

**Soft Skills**:
