**Job Description:**

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a key member of our client relations team, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our online clients. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via emails, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about MYEG's products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Actively engage with clients to gather feedback and insights to improve service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services based on client needs.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare weekly reports on client feedback, inquiries, and incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. **Support Marketing Initiatives:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convey client insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of online promotions and campaigns.

5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up reminders for clients.
- Support the team in organizing client events and webinars.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client relations practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role or customer service.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
