Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
3. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
4. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
