Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are adaptable and resilient.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
5. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to issues.
7. Work closely with team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
3. Resilient attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong negotiation skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
