Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Hilton, working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat
- Assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
