Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Officer in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in client support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to resolve client concerns and provide accurate information
