Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Support Specialist to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
3. Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Assist in testing new software and hardware products before they are released to customers.
6. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical support.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
3. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
5. No prior experience required, but a passion for technology and customer service is a must.
