Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Client Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all client needs are met
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a client support role
- Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead client interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
