Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, energetic, have strong time management skills, and are excellent planners.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
