### **Job Description**

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Online Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Respond to client inquiries through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and thorough communication.
- Manage client accounts and assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services.

- **Technical Support:**
- Provide basic technical support to clients, guiding them through process-related queries and common technical issues.
- Document client interactions and technical issues for future reference and report common problems to the IT team.

- **Client Education:**
- Educate clients on company products and services through detailed explanations and demonstrations to enhance their user experience.
- Create and update online help resources, FAQs, and instructional materials based on client feedback.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the operations and product development teams to relay client feedback and support enhancements in products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, aiming for a cohesive team effort in client support.

- **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor client satisfaction levels through feedback tools and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relations and service delivery.

### **Requirements**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
