**Job Description:**

Media Prima Berhad is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Online Contact Center Representatives. As an Online Contact Center Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining our customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your contributions will help shape the way customers interact with our brand and feel valued and heard.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via various online channels (chat, email, social media) in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and resolve issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify customer problems and employ resourcefulness to provide effective solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and escalate issues as necessary.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on Media Prima Berhad's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Assist customers in navigating our digital platforms, helping them to utilize services effectively.

4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the contact center database.
- Compile and analyze data on customer interactions, identifying trends and suggesting strategic improvements to enhance service delivery.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in serving customer needs effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions based on customer interactions.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives by sharing insights and experiences with peers.
- Embrace feedback to enhance personal performance and service delivery continuously.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service or communication will be an advantage.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required, but any customer service experience (even informal) will be a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer engagement and problem-solving.
- Resourceful: Able to think critically and find creative solutions to meet customer needs.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to evaluate customer inquiries and feedback to assess needs and suggest improvements.
- Strategic planning: Capable of thinking ahead and developing approaches that enhance customer experiences and support service goals.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is a plus.

- **Technological Proficiency:** Comfortable with using computers and online communication tools; familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
