### Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad, the world's largest manufacturer of gloves, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and is passionate about contributing to a globally recognized brand. As the Online Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist and engage with our valued customers through various digital platforms, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

- **Product Information:** Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies to customers, guiding them in their decision-making process.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer complaints by liaising with relevant departments, ensuring that issues are logged and followed through to a satisfactory conclusion.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

- **Feedback Collection:** Encourage and collect customer feedback to contribute toward continuous improvement in product and service delivery. Present findings to the management team.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to keep abreast of product offerings and promotional campaigns, ensuring customers receive the most current information.

- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback, providing insights and trends that can help enhance the customer service experience.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on company products and services.

- **Customer Support:** Assist in tracking and managing online orders, ensuring customers are informed about their order status and delivery timelines.

- **Promote Company Values:** Uphold the company's mission and values in every customer interaction, fostering a sense of community and belonging among customers.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
