### Job Description

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Customer Service Associate to join our customer support team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Interact with customers via online platforms, including chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and issues.
- Provide high-quality support by listening actively to customer concerns and tailoring responses to meet their needs.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a swift resolution.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on current promotions, policies, and procedures to ensure customers receive the most relevant information.

- **Sales Support:**
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities where appropriate.
- Assist in promoting new products and driving customer engagement through various digital channels.

- **Feedback Management:**
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve existing products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to provide input on processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas towards team goals and the improvement of customer service processes.

### Requirements

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.

- **Education:**
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software, online chat platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based communication tools.
