Online Customer Service Representative

-Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram and XiaoHongShu inquiries, comments, reviews, text messages etc.
-To ensure high message responsiveness and customer engagement, as well as ensure achieving the assigned target for appointments inbound via online.
-Via online, to understand customers' concerns, provide relevant solutions and treatment recommendations and encourage customers to purchase first trial promotion.
-Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.
-Assist on online campaigns, including idea brainstorming for social media postings.
-Manage monthly reports.

-Able to read and write in BOTH English and Mandarin, preferred in both languages due to job role requirement.
-Familiar / Having high interest in beauty industry will be added advantage.
-Result oriented, self-motivated, able to work at a fast pace, with ability to work independently and as a team.
-To work during weekends and public holidays (working on public holidays will be replaced with leaves or double pay).
Candidate's off-day would be on weekdays.
-To work at our office Bukit Jalil during working hours.
-Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience in sales, marketing or customer service related fields.
