Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive revenue growth
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer success
