**Position Overview:**
Perodua is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Live Chat Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in enhancing customer satisfaction through engaging and efficient live chat interactions. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to our customers, helping them make informed decisions while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Initiate and manage live chat conversations with customers seeking assistance or information about Perodua's products and services.
- Respond promptly to inquiries about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services in a clear and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently while providing exceptional service and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and the customer's experience is seamless.
- Identify areas for improvement in product offerings or service delivery based on customer feedback and escalate relevant insights to management.
- Assist in developing FAQs and other resources to enhance the live chat support experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills necessary for enhancing customer interactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters creative problem-solving and innovation.
- Monitor chat logs and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement within the live chat service.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an automotive or retail setting.
- Demonstrated reliability and resourcefulness in solving customer issues and providing support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong presentation skills to convey product information and company value propositions clearly.
- Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work variable hours as required, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help others.
