### Job Overview:
MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Virtual Assistant to support our operational and administrative needs. ### Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- **Communication Management**: Handle and respond to emails professionally, ensuring timely communication between various departments and external stakeholders.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately input and manage data in various systems, maintaining confidentiality and integrity while ensuring up-to-date records.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present it in a clear and concise manner to assist decision-making processes.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating small-scale projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved, while communicating effectively with project stakeholders.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage the company's social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring relevant metrics.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and courteously.
- **Office Organization**: Organize and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring easy access for all team members, and improve office systems for efficient workflow.
- **Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives**: Support and participate in community engagement initiatives organized by the company, contributing your time and ideas to enhance our impact.

### Requirements:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a virtual assistant or similar administrative role.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any related field (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.). Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
