Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Tasks:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Support the Operations Manager in various operational duties.
2. Purchasing and Inventory Management:
- Manage purchasing of office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Record and maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
3. Support for New Launches:
- Assist with additional tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities, particularly during the launch of new homestay units.
- Contribute to the organization and preparation of resources for new operations.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records and a supplier database to ensure easy access to information.
- Uphold high standards of quality in record-keeping and documentation.
5. Workplace Maintenance:
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and properly maintained to promote a positive environment.
- Coordinate with team members to address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
6. Key Communication Role:
- Act as a key point of communication among staff during the absence of the Directors and Operations Manager.
- Ensure information is effectively relayed to maintain continuity in operations.
7. Attention to Detail:
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, from documentation to inventory management.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to prevent errors and improve operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications: - Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
- Language Proficiency:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Availability:
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Must have own transport for commuting.
- Education:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Work Schedule:
- Work 6 days a week with 1 day off; working hours are from 9.30 AM to 5 PM.
- Location: Sunway City, Iskandar Puteri.
