Purchasing Excecutive

JOB DESCRIPTION: To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including import purchase, sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up deliveryTo ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in POTo monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specificationTo monitor and arrange import purchaseTo carry out price review activities for goods purchasedTo generate PO & related correspondencesWork closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged itemsTo monitor the inventory and delivery statusTo provide sales support and coordination work to sales department. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any fieldGood presentation & communication skillsAggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environmentMust be computer literatePossess own transport5 days / week2 full time position at ULU TIRAM, JohorAble to start work immediately / having experiences in steel industries will be an added advantageChinese speaking candidateFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
