**Salary Package**Basic RM4200 - RM4500 + Parking Allowance RM 100 + Transport Allowance RM300-RM500- To understand the Group's policy and procedure, ensure the operation team has adhered to it. Revise the procedure if found necessary and get approval from the management.- To manage, supervise and monitor operation team and conduct regular discussion and briefing on operation matters/ issues with the key person. Summarize the key concern matters, solution, and status and update immediate superior.- To carry out effective supervision on the day-to-day operation and administration of the properties including the facilities within the building.- Coordinate with the team, ensure all common area rectification works are completely carried out. Ensure all common facilities are in good working conditions, conduct schedule inspection, and report the status if it is required for upgrading works, if necessary.- Ensure all licenses, permits and service contracts, etc are always valid.- Responsible for identifying contractors and suppliers.- Ensure compliance with customer, authority, and management requirements. All requirements shall be promptly communicated and monitored closely.- To build a good rapport with customers, vendors, authorities, and residents to ensure all communication is carried out clearly and promptly.- To represent the company to attend customer/vendor meetings or audits as and when required.**Position Specifications**- Diploma and above in Business Management or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.- Minimum 1 years of management/leader experience.- Strong leadership skills, responsible professionals, who can work under pressure.- Have strong work ethics, striving to motivate their team and employees to achieve full potential.**Salary**: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Management: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
