Job ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers and provide assistance with service registration.
Showcase the features and benefits of the services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Gather customer feedback and report on the services.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Stay updated on service knowledge and industry trends.
RequirementsMinimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
Good communication skills
Able to liaise with customers face to face
No experience needed; training will be provided
Able to work in rotation shifts
Able to start immediately
Overtime claims available
Commissions (up to RM 400)
Medical card provided
Locations nearby public transport
