As the Operation Executive, you will be assisting the company director in overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of our cafe operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Operation Related: Implement best practices to optimize workflow, minimize wait times, and enhance the overall customer experience Provide guidance and coaching to ensure consistent performance and growth within the team. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience Monitor and manage cafe budgets, expenses, and revenue streams, working to achieve financial targets and profitability. Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and hygiene practices to maintain a safe and clean environment. Oversee quality control processes to maintain consistency Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials. Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for business growth, market expansion, and improved operational efficiency. Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovations within the food industry Assist in new store opening & training HR Administration Related: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection for a smooth onboarding process Being the point of contact for any HR-related matters Maintain accurate employee records in system and generate reports as needed Requirements: Proven experience (3 years) in a management role within the cafe or hospitality industry, with a track record of operational success. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, quality standards, and customer service principles. Familiarity with food safety regulations, health standards, and hygiene practices. Proficient in using relevant software applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Malay, and Chinese languages.
