Job Description Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
Responsible for monitoring outlet sales performance and maintaining cost efficiency through P&L oversight.
Leads team training and development initiatives to ensure excellence in customer service.
Develop and implement effective project delivery plans.
Build and nurture strong internal and external partnerships.
Track project performance using key metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the project, including machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends.
Requirements Education requirement: SPM and above.
At least 4-5 years of working experience in F&B or retail field.
Able to work independently and navigate priorities and task assigned in time and organized with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels.
Dynamic, flexible, and cooperative; a proactive team member who contributes effectively to both strategic and operational goals.
Required to own a vehicle.
Must be under 45 years of age.
Domestic travel may be required to support the implementation plan.
