The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
Job Description:
Responsible for identifying gaps and proposing solutions for improvements.
Conduct collection of data to facilitate analysis to ensure root causes are identified and sustainable.
Support the implementation of measurements and reporting systems to track efficiencies.
Work closely with the operation team to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
Responsible for cost reduction initiatives.
Work closely with the Data Analyst team on churning the data for analysis.
Provide input and recommendations and implement continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives.
To improve process efficiency, manage an end-to-end process excellence initiative (Time, Cost, Customer experience).
Key focal point for all project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain).
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details, and adaptable to changes.
