Operations Admin Assistant/ Executive

Job Description: Assist Branch Manager in overseeing the daily branch operations and undertake any duties assigned, including matters related to: -
Sales Administrative (e.g. issue Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Product Claim and Return and Despatch Note, arrange transporter / courier company for delivery of goods);Accounting (e.g. Petty Cash claim reimbursement, issue Credit Note and Debit Note, prepare and make payment, manage daily cash sales and arrange bank in of cash/ cheques, system knock off for customers' paymentsWarehousing (e.g. monitor stocks level, control the usage and issuance of Manual Delivery Order);HR and Administrative (e.g. conduct orientation for new employee, prepare Despatch's Trip Commission, monitor the renewal due date for Business License / Quit Rent /  Assessment /  Road Tax for company vehicles and fire extinguisher etc.)Requirement: SPM or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent;Preferably with 1 year of working experience in relevant field of work although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;Computer literate and have good skills in Microsoft office;Optimistic, responsible, well-organized and meticulous;Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay.
