Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
Conduct regular stock checks to verify that physical stock and system records are tally.
Manage stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.
Work closely with sales teams to track stock and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Support the sales team by coordinating payment requests and ensuring timely submission to HQ for prompt processing.
Maintain records of sales transactions and payments for audit purposes.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and communication with internal teams.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Business Development Director.
Requirements:
Education : SPM or Diploma in Business Administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires Malaysians only to possess own vehicle (car) and a valid driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
