### Job Description
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes across various departments. ### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Operational Support**
- Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor and optimize workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance productivity.
2. **Data Management**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and logistics.
- Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness.
3. **Customer Interaction**
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Address any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner and provide timely follow-up.
- Assist in the development of customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
4. **Project Coordination**
- Support project management efforts by coordinating activities, timelines, and resources.
- Help document project milestones and updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Monitor the progress of projects and communicate any challenges or delays to management.
5. **Creative Problem Solving**
- Use creativity to develop innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Suggest improvements to current processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

6. **Training and Support**

### Requirements:
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management tools.
- Basic understanding of operations management principles and processes.
