Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is looking for a remote Operations Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and coordinating operational activities- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency- Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement- Assist in project management and implementation- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in operations or project management- Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
