JOB HOLDER'S REQUIREMENT Qualifications Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 5 years of working experience in operations management or similar position. Strong leadership, supervisory and planning skill. Excellent knowledge of operations management. Committed and pro-active working attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skill. Meticulous attention to detail. Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
