- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including airport personnel, vendors, and service providers.
8. **Reporting:**
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within the aviation or transportation sector.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading successful operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and project management applications.
