Operations Manager – Selangor

Job Responsibilities:Lead the Purchasing, Customer Service and Inventory planning team.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people to accommodate the rapid growth of the business.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes.
Handle data analysis in inventory management & planning.
Lead a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performances.
Ensure that overall operations comply with GDPMD & any other regulatory requirement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Working experience in a fast-paced environment & knowledge of medical device regulatory requirement will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Strong understanding of best practices to improve operations.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD.
Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.
Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result driven.
