Operations Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a passionate and reliable Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of remote employees
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
