You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role till Feb 2025.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity. Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply. Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery. Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests. Monitor and update daily basis shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planner, and Customer Service as required. Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance. Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely. Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements. To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled. Back up to other OF team members during their absence. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any related fields 6 months - 2 years experience in order fulfillment or order management or production planning or supply planning. Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
