Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Own Damage Adjuster at Associated Adjusters Sdn Bhd.
The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to motor claims adjustment and insurance claims investigations.
While the role is primarily based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Motor Claims Adjustment and Insurance Claims Investigations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using relevant software for claims processing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Finance
