Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics to ensure smooth daily operations. Communication Management: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Task Coordination: Assist in prioritizing and executing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are progressing efficiently. Document Management: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy. Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant & Finance. 3 years working experience at least Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. MS Office and English proficiency. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality. 24 - 35 ages Male Chinese Can work remotely KL / Johor Possess own transport ( sometimes need driving )
